Job Role
- Respond to customer queries through non - voice channels such as letters, email, SMS and web chat. whilst ensuring quality and In-line with the defined standards
- Enhance customer relations and maintain exceptionally high standards of service during customer interactions
- Be responsible in enhancing service delivery and customer experience through non - voice channels whilst ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries
- Escalate customer feedback and suggestions to the respective stakeholders on a timely manner
- Pass GCE (A/L) examination. with a Distinction for English language of the GCE (O/L) examination
- Possess excellent writing skills in English and Sinhala
- Minimum one years' experience in a Contact Centre or similar field
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
- Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be a team player with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
