Management (Part - Time)

Job Role

  • Respond to customer queries through non - voice channels such as letters, email, SMS and web chat. whilst ensuring quality and In-line with the defined standards 
  • Enhance customer relations and maintain exceptionally high standards of service during customer interactions
  • Be responsible in enhancing service delivery and customer experience through non - voice channels whilst ensuring accurate and timely responses to queries 
  • Escalate customer feedback and suggestions to the respective stakeholders on a timely  manner

Qualification and Experience 

  • Pass GCE (A/L) examination. with a Distinction for English language of the GCE (O/L) examination 
  • Possess excellent writing skills in English and Sinhala 
  • Minimum one years' experience in a Contact Centre or similar field 
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette 
  • Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude 
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Office Packages. (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Be a team player with the ability to interact with staff at all levels
