JUNIOR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES
(Fixed term contract)
Closing Date:- 15th April 2019

The Person
Dynamic, self-motivated outstanding young achievers, who are eager to provide an exceptional customer service in a challenging and rewarding environment.


Requirements:-


  1. A minimum of Three (03) months experience at a call center / contact center in a similar business environment.
  2. Age preferably below 25 years
  3. Passed G.C.E. O/L including mathematics and English
  4. Passed G.C.E. A/L
  5. A certification related to IT will be an added advantage.



Key Responsibilities:-


  1. Attending to inbound / Outbound calls effectively and responding to emails
  2. Manage and receive customer complaints / inquiries
  3. Provide customers with product and service related information / solutions.



 Other competencies required:-

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication in Sinhala and English Preferably with Tamil
  2. Ability to deliver a superior service in the absence of physical  presence of customers 
  3. Active listening skills and ability to understand customers
  4. Problem solving and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work under pressure and on shift basis
  6. Fair for interpersonal relations 
  7. Basic IT Skills
