The person 

• Completion of GCE A/L is a minimum requirement 
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala required.
• Communication skills in Tamil would be an added advantage 
• Should possess an outgoing and pleasant  personality and should be willing to travel/visit clients

The primary job role would to generate business and achieve the set targets

• Should be computer literate
• Prior experience in the insurance industry in relating in Bancassurance would be an added advantage
