Job Profile 
  • Coordinating dates, times and sending out documentation required for meetings / conferences / write minutes and circulate to participants 
  • Analyze and reports trends on department costs 
  • Track progress of projects  and initiatives of the Division and report to Divisional Heads on a periodic basis 
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information of divisional Heads and maintaining secrecy/confidentiality 
  • Maintain confidential records and files of the Division  

Special Skills 

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Knowledge in computer and office packages
  • General understanding of the Division would be preferred 


Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Bank, Financial institute or Service industry with exposure to similar category
