Job Profile
- Coordinating dates, times and sending out documentation required for meetings / conferences / write minutes and circulate to participants
- Analyze and reports trends on department costs
- Track progress of projects and initiatives of the Division and report to Divisional Heads on a periodic basis
- Handling sensitive and confidential information of divisional Heads and maintaining secrecy/confidentiality
- Maintain confidential records and files of the Division
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge in computer and office packages
- General understanding of the Division would be preferred
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Bank, Financial institute or Service industry with exposure to similar category
