Completion of GCE A/L is a minimum requirement
Good communication skills in English & Sinhala is required
Should posses an outhoing and pleasant personality and should be willing to travel/visit clients
The primary job role would be to generate business and achieve the set targets
Should be computer literate
Prior experience in the insurance industry in relating to bancassurance would be an added advantage
