Qualifications and Experience 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Human Resources/ Science and Diploma in Training and Development from a recognized institute 
  • Minimum 05 years hand on experience in the relevant field 
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Power Point and Excel 
  • Proven track records in demonstrating Leadership skills 
  • Ability to tailor - made training programmers according to the cultural and geographical diversities
  • Must be able to communicate articulately, clearly and concisely (verbal and written) in English and Sinhala (Tamil would be an added advantage
