Post Of - Manager - Human Resources

KEY Duties & Responsibilities 
  • Effectively manage the full cycle of  recruitment, including placing of advertisements using appropriate recruitment sources, conducting interviews and on boarding of right candidates. 
  • Carryout background/ reference checks for all new hires to comply with internal standards
  •  Overlook HR Operations such as maintenance of personal fills, issuance of letters, employee confirmations, exit procedure, HR Services etc to ensure high quality people ops practices and processes are in place 
  • Manage staff to ensure Recruitment & HR Operational functions are handled as per the Service Level Agreements 
  • Ensure smooth functioning of HRIS to provide timely and accurate MIS reports 
  • Follow up and assist the Head of HR to resolve various Audit/compliance queries and fulfill statutory requirements 
  • Manage basic discipline and employee   relations 
  • Continuously develop a strong relationship based on trust & respect, with employees to resolve employee relations issues and enhance employee engagement 
Qualifications & Key Attributes

  • A Degree or professional qualifications in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 08 years of experience in HR of which 02 years should be at the Manager grade, preferably in the Banking or Financial sector 
  • Good understanding of industrial relations & labor laws
  • Effective communication skills coupled with good writing skills 
  • Very good people management & decision marking capabilities 
  • A people's person with a pleasant disposition
