Job Accountabilities 
  • Coordinate & provide quick solutions complaints of customers / wealth planners/ brokers 
  • Handling various types of customers inquiries & advising customers on claim intimations 
  • Coordinate with the departments and branches with related to customer inquiries
  • Adherence to predetermined service levels in respective of answering calls to meet the service standards and reduce abandon level 
Job Specifications 

  • A sound educational background with good A/L results 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in call center, preferably in insurance 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to speak Tamil will be an additional advantage 
  • Good interpersonal skills
