- Good results at G.C.E (Advanced Level & Ordinary Level) Examination.
- Able to converse fluently in Sinhala,English and Tamil Languages.
- Minimum 01 year of experience in a call center with handling in-bound and out-bound customer inquiries.
- Sound knowledge of call center systems and computer application packages will be advantageous.
- Negotiation skills, adaptability and stress tolerance are essential.
