Post Of - Executive - Call Centre

As a team member of the call center, you have to 
- Answer customer telephone calls and respond to emails 

- Manage and resolve customer complaints 

- Maintain positive relationship with clients and coordinate with other departments in order to resolve any inquiries or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction 

- Provide customer with product and services information 

- Follow up customer calls where necessary 

- Carry out standard call center operating procedures    

Ideally, you should have;
- A minimum of 6 month of experience in a similar role or a desire to gain similar experience

- Proficiency in MS office packages

- Good command of Sinhala, Tamil and English languages

- A pleasing personality and good telephone skills

- The ability to maintain enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and high level of energy throughout the day

-  A willingness to learn from feedback from your colleagues and customers

- Willingness to work in shift basis
