01. Assistant Manager | Supervisor - Call Center
- Minimum of 8 years experience in call center | BPO.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala and preferably in Tamil.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, if required.
- Good people management and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience of handling a team over 100 in BPO | call Center would be preferred
02. Team Lead - Customer Care
- 3+ years of call center experience with a proven track record.
- Previous experience in complaint handling would be an added advantage.
- Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy. when dealing with difficult costumers.
- Pro - activeness & problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Sinhala & Tamil.
03. Senior | Executive - Call Center Quality AssuranceKey Requirements:
- 3-4 year's relevant experience in KPO or BPO company in similar capacity.
- Qualification in quality Assurance or IT would be preferred.
- Good command of English, Sinhala or Tamil
- Computer literacy (experience in CRM systems would be a plus)
04. Associate | Executive - Call Center
- Passed G.C.E. (O/L) or (A/L).
- Experience in call center will be an added advantage.
- Flexibility to work on roster basis (including night shift) and on holidays & weekends.
- Computer Literacy.
