- Responding to complaints and queries 
- Providing technical advices

- Analytical, interpersonal and excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages are mandatory.
- Willing to learn new technologies.
- Team work and quick responsiveness.
- Fast learner and the ability to work under pressure.
- A self motivated individual with the ability to take responsibilities.
- A pleasant, outgoing and costumer service oriented personality.
- Willing to work on shift basis.
- Preferably a male candidate. 

Qualifications & Experience

- A professional qualification in the relevant field, preferably in MCSE/MCSA/CCNA industry certification.
- Experience in corporate help desk environment in the telecommunication industry will be an added advantage.
- G.C.E A/L & O/L with credit passed in mathematics and English.
