01. Assistant Manager - Branch Operations
- Manage overall operational functions of the Branch
- Achieve Operational goals & maintain required standards of the Branch
- Ensure the compliance, branch controls, operating policies guidelines procedures and external regulatory requirements are met
- Manage customer service at the Branch to maximize customer satisfaction & retention
- Manage the staff effectively to enhance the motivational levels
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 06 years, work experience in a Commercial Bank out of which at least 02 (two) years' experience as an Officer/Executive
- Full/part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification
- Excellent knowledge in Banking Operations
02. Senior Banking Assistant (SBA)
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a reputed Bank preferably in Branch Banking
- Should be A/L qualified
- Professional qualifications in Banking would be a definite plus
- Proficiency in Computer Literacy
- Age below 30 years
Requisitions
- Good command of English / Sinhala or Tamil knowledge in a third language would be a distinct advantage
- An outgoing personality & flair for public relations
- Good interpersonal skills
