Executive / Senior Banking Assistant - Card Operations.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Attend and Support Centralized Debit / Credit card authorizing
  • Ensure the Card Embossing function is Carried out on an agreed time frame. 
  • Ensure continued compliance with Bank's operational policies and statutory Regulations. 
  • Attend to Card delivery and return.
  • Support as a backup staff for the other functions at Card Operations.
  • Assist & Support of Credit / Debit card Data modification in the operations. 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Minimum 4 years experience in a reputed Bank preferably in Card Operations
  • Full Part qualified in Banking or related Professional will be an added advantage 
  • 3 passes in advanced levels.
  • Proficiency in Computer Literacy.
  • Age below 30 years 
  • Proficiency in English language / Sinhala or Tamil as a third language 
  • Good analytical skills.
