Customer Service Assistant - Post Issuances
- Dispatching & Returns of cards, statements and pins
- Attending to inward & outward mails
- Vendor coordination and stationary management.
- Card account maintenance
- Handling customer correspondence.
Personal and Skills Profile
- Passed G.C.E A/L examinaiton
- Should possess good communications kills and must be a computer litereate (MS Officer package)
- Age around 24 years.
- Preference will be given to those who are with high interpersonal skills and a team player who can work well with the team.
